What does the AI actually do?

Our AI screens clients before you meet: detecting burner phones, scanning messages for red flags, checking community blacklists, and generating a trust score. During bookings, it monitors for location anomalies and can detect distress patterns.

How does the per-client toggle work?

Safety Suite is ON by default for new clients. Once you've had successful bookings with someone, you can toggle them to 'Trusted'—future bookings with that client won't incur the 12% commission. You can always toggle back if needed.

Who are my emergency contacts?

You choose them—trusted friends, family, or other workers. You can set up to 3 contacts with different escalation levels. They'll receive alerts with your location if you don't check in.

What happens if I forget to check in?

You'll get reminder notifications at 15 minutes and 5 minutes before your timer expires. If you still don't check in, alerts go to your emergency contacts. You can always extend or cancel the timer.

Is my location data private?

Your location is only shared with your chosen emergency contacts when alerts trigger, or with our safety team during active incidents. We use end-to-end encryption and never sell your data.

How does the driver service work?

Book a verified safety driver who takes you to your appointment and waits nearby. They monitor your timer and can respond immediately if needed. Currently available in Sydney metro area.
